By downloading, installing, or using the SMS Forwarder mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Themeink ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App and its related services.
SMS Forwarder is an Android application designed to automatically forward incoming SMS messages to specified email addresses or other phone numbers based on rules and filters configured by the user.
The App operates locally on your device and utilizes your device's network connections, mobile carrier plan, and designated email accounts (such as Gmail) to perform its forwarding functions.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including privacy and telecommunications regulations.
If you configure the App to forward messages via SMS to another phone number, you are entirely responsible for any standard messaging rates, data charges, or roaming fees applied by your mobile network operator. SMS Forwarder does not cover or reimburse any network or carrier charges.
SMS Forwarder offers a Premium tier via in-app purchases processed through Google Play. Purchasing a Premium subscription grants access to advanced features, extended log retention, and unlimited rule configurations.
All billing, processing, and subscription management are handled directly by the Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Google Play's refund policies. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds from our servers. Please contact Google Play Support for billing inquiries.
To forward messages via email, you may choose to connect your Google Account using the Gmail API. Your use of this feature is strictly voluntary.
The App relies on third-party services, including the Android OS, mobile carriers, and Google's servers. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to these services and are not liable for any forwarding failures caused by network outages, carrier restrictions, or third-party server downtime.
Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection, usage, and storage practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the security of your device and the rules you configure within the App. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to forwarded messages resulting from an unsecured device or improperly configured rules.
Themeink makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
